Intro: Me, Myself and.... my stutter
Hello all,
Just a quick intro about myself. My name is Brian im 29 and from West Midlands, England, UK.
I've had a stutter all my life, went to speech therapy when i was in my young teens which i didnt feel helpped at the time.
Im now getting round it in my own ways, mainly i suffer with repeating the 1st letter of words so i try to avoid these words/sounds or just say them till it eventually comes out.
I am married with 1 child and ive joined not only to learn from others myself but also help younger people with their questions as this is what i feel i never had, someone to ask questions. Unfortuantly the internet was so common in the 90's when i needed it most :)
