- Fabulous. City Lit is wonderful. I wish I had found them years ago. They don't give a magic cure and I've had to do a lot of work, but the difference they have made for me is massive. I loved the course. I am glad you've found them.
I know exactly what you describe.

- Hello Adrian, I read your comment on the jobs discussion and liked it a lot. It's very honest. I live in London to and have just started therapy after a very long break. I don't know if you are aware of the therapy available at City Lit, near Holborn? I've just done their intensive group course (2 weeks, then 3 days following a month break). I don't normally do this sort of thing, but just wanted to pass that on ... they have incredibly good therapists. Modern, balanced and realistic. No gimicks or false promises good well founded specialist therapy, by therapist who stammer themselves. Best of luck. Kirstie
