- Hi I am Mike 28 years old from Cumbria, I work at Sellafield Nuclear Plant as a Planner. I have had my stammer all my life, it is part of me. I am interested in hearing from people who have found ways that help them to manage their stammer. Also would like to make friends, please do drop me a message. I now have full control over my stammer and it is brilliant thanks to the Starfish Project, and the costal breath technique.
